Editorial policy
Short answer: HillEndo.wiki cites primary records such as the American Board of Endodontics diplomate list first, attributes the practice’s statements to the practice, gives no medical advice, leaves out testimonials and private details, and lists what it could not verify.
What sources does the wiki use?
Government and professional-organization records first, then the practice’s own pages and public directories. Every source shows its retrieval date on the sources page.
How are the practice’s own statements handled?
Descriptions of services, technology, education and ratings are written as what the practice says, and are not presented as verified fact or as a comparison with other providers.
How does the wiki handle health information?
General descriptions come from the American Association of Endodontists and Cleveland Clinic and are attributed. The wiki makes no claims about results, success rates or suitability for any person, and nothing here replaces an examination by a dentist or endodontist.
What is deliberately left out?
Patient reviews and testimonials beyond a neutral summary, family members, personal contact details of staff, and anything that could not be sourced.
What happens when sources disagree?
Both versions are shown with their sources, as in the conflicts table. Anything that cannot be resolved is listed as an open question.
How are corrections made?
Errors are corrected promptly and substantive changes are logged in the changelog with a date in Pacific Time.
